• Stephen Howard Green, 35, of Hull, was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
• Robert Michael Anderson, 44, of Statham, was charged with probation violation.
• Shaniqua Ann L. Williams, 20, of Glenhaven Avenue in Athens, was charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Alexander Contreras Wolfgang, 25, of Marietta, was charged with loitering and prowling.
• Kristin Renee Cole, 26, of Rustwood Circle in Athens, was charged with theft by shoplifting.

• Carl Howard Thomas, 76, of Whitehall Road, was charged with battery, obstruction of a law enforcement officer, and criminal trespass.
• Roy Lee Thomas, 33, of Coleridge Ct. in Athens, was charged with probation violation.
• Alejandra Celis, 38, of Mitchell Bridge Road in Athens, was charged with driving while unlicensed.

• Kimberly Harris, 18, of Sycamore Drive in Athens, was charged with theft by taking.

Aug. 15

• Tavarious Velent'A Williams, 29, of Gilmer Street in Athens, was charged with six counts of financial transaction card fraud and three counts of financial identity fraud.
