Oconee County Grand Jury Hands Down Indictments in Multiple Cases

Criminal indictments are not evidence of guilt; they are only charges. Defendants are presumed innocent unless proven guilty.

The following are indictments returned by the Oconee County Grand Jury, filed with the Clerk of Superior Court on October 25, 2013:

Glenn Roy Brewer, 43, of Bogart, seven counts of Sexual Exploitation of Children.

Antonio Deandre Brooks, false imprisonment, terroristic threats, two counts of battery, family violence, hindering telephone emergency call.

Allen Dixon and Jeremy Barton Lee, burglary in the first degree.

Rasheed Armani Freeman, burglary in the first degree, obstruction of an officer.

Caleb Stephen Daniel, smash and grab burglary, burglary in the second degree.

Alonso A. Arredondo, speeding, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer.

Karl Gustavus Roebling, aggravated stalking.

Keith Andrew Reinemann, fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving without a license, reckless driving, improper headlights.
