• Shelley Lynn Carter, 31, of Lawrencville, was charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane and open container.

Aug. 27

• Valeria Questhia Thomas, 37, of Comer, was charged with violating probation.

Aug. 26

• Lee Hoyt Cowart, homeless, was charged with simple assault and public intoxication.
• Amy Jo Berg, 38, of Athens, was charged with violating probation.
• Billy Ray Craft, 58, of Rays Church Road in Bishop, was charged with violating probation.  

Aug. 25

• Michael Leon Brown, 49, of Old Salem Road in Watkinsville, was charged with driving with a suspended license and open container.
• Stephanie Percillia Eberhart, 40, of Athens, was charged with violating probation.

Aug. 24

• Micael Christopher Jones, 20, of Athens, was charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Benjamin Tom FitzPatrick, 28, of Bouldercrest Drive in Watkinsville, was charged with DUI. 

Aug. 23

• Linda Janeter McKenzie, 48, homeless, was charged with violating probation.

Aug. 22

• Heather Ann Anderson, 33, of Bunny Hop Trail in Watkinsville, was charged with deposit account fraud.
• Breny P. Duberly, 42, of Gainesville, was charged with probation violation.
