A second passenger remains in critical condition at Atlanta Medical Center resulting from Monday's car accident in Morgan County.
Cynthia Lynn Miller, 50, of Monroe, has been charged with first degree vehicular homicide, driving under the influence (drugs), serious injury by vehicle and failing to maintain lane after an accident in Morgan County Monday resulted in the death of her grandson and the critical injury of another family member.
According to a spokesman from the Georgia State Patrol, the charges were filed after Joshua Allen Cole, 4, from Monroe, was killed in the single vehicle accident in Morgan County on Monday afternoon.
