It's only January, but some seniors in Oconee County are already apparently pulling pranks.
On Monday, Jan. 16 around 4 p.m., an employee of Oconee County Schools received a text message notifying him that several speed bumps at were missing, according to an incident report at the Sheriff's Office. The complainant called deputies and went to the school, but when he arrived, a student approached him and said the speed bumps weren't actually missing; they were on the roof.
A deputy drove around the building and saw the speed bumps displayed on the roof of the gym in the shape of the number "12," which is believed to be a prank pulled by seniors from this year's graduating class.
The complainant told the deputy school officials would have the speed bumps removed and conduct and internal investigation to uncover those responsible.
