Drug Charges and Shoplifting Arrests in Oconee County Jail Report

The following information was supplied by the Oconee County Jail. An arrest does not mean a conviction.

The following information was gathered from Oconee County Jail booking reports:

Sept. 5

  • Charlotte Ashley White, 19, of Stone Mountain was charged with theft by shoplifting, crossing the guard line with contraband, and two Violations of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act.
  • Dario Scott Domizi, 41, of Athens was charged with five Violations of the Georgia Controlled Substances Act, drugs not in the original container, financial transaction card theft, possession of a drug-related object and theft by shoplifting.
  • Sissy Nicholette Baxter, 19, of Bogart was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Breanna Marie Williams, 20, of Bogart was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Malynda Santos, 31, of Winder was charged with giving a false name, possession of a schedule III drug, drugs not in the original container, and shoplifting.
Sept. 4

  • Brandi Nicole Bell, 21, of Watkinsville was charged with simple battery.
  • Andrew Trey Alexander, 21, of Watkinsville was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Jeffrey Alan Parker, 19, of Jefferson was charged with probation violation.

Sept. 3

  • Pamela Cheek Curtis, 56, of Athens was charged with DUI and failure to maintain lane.
  • Kimberly Ann Cooper, 23, of Statham, was charged with theft by shoplifting and theft by deception.
  • Connie Marie Humphrey, 29, of Suwanee was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Norris Eugene Wingfield, 33, of Bogart was charged with DUI, hit and run and following too closely.
  • Hunter Rose Conley, 19, of Athens was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  • Emma Graham McWhorter, 18, of Statham was charged with theft by shoplifting.
