• Nicole Danielle Broome, 31, of Watkinsville was charged with DUI, hit and run/leaving the scene of an accident, failure to maintain lane and too fast for conditions.
• Linda S. Winkie, 64, of Athens was charged with DUI and failure to obey a traffic signal.
• Julie Thomas Oatley, 58, of Athens was charged with disorderly conduct.

• Daavid Lynn Olmstead, 61, of Bishop was charged with failure to appear.
  
• Marlon Martinez, 23, of Athens was charged with failure to appear.

• Stanley Dak Ervin, 28, of Auburn was charged with failure to appear.
• Brianna Marie Yslas, 21, of Watkinsville was charged with failure to appear. 
• Ternala Demeke Fields, 34, of Athens was charged with probation violation.

• Maxwell Ford Brandon, 18, of Lilburn was charged with underage possession while driving and driving the wrong way.
• Thomas Lee Williams, 23, of Bostwick was charged with DUI and improper driving.
• Bradley D. Ulrich, 46, of Athens was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  

• Linda Lana Fellenbaum, 33, of Athens was charged with financial transaction card fraud and giving a false name.
• Justin James Johnson, 23, of Pelham was charged with DUI less safe and following too closely.
• Kimberly Faith Miller, 19, of Albany was charged with underage possession of alcohol.
• Maria Matilde Garcia-Godinez, 38, of Athens was charged with theft by shoplifting.
  

• Antonio Deandre Rooks, 31, of Watkinsville was charged with battery, obstructing a 911 call, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and two counts of cruelty to children.
• Theresa Herd, 52, of Bishop was charged with probation violation.
• Anna Kaitlyn Smith, 22, of Watkinsville was charged with failure to appear. 
• Joseph Wayne Etheridge, 48, of Athens was charged with theft by shoplifting.
• Jennifer Christine Fowler, 25, of Bogart was charged with two counts of battery.
• William Alan Pannell, 26, of Monroe was charged with suspended license.
• Andrey Trey Alexander, 21, of Watkinsville was charged with DUI drugs less safe and improper turn.
