The suspected gunman in Tuesday's shooting has been identified as 19-year-old Geddy Kramer. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports that Kramer's father confirmed such when contacted at his Acworth home on Tuesday afternoon.

Kramer is reportedly a 2013 graduate of North Cobb High School in Acworth.

According to Marietta police spokesman David Baldwin, this is the current status of the six victims of today’s shooting at the Airport Road FedEx facility:

- 42-year-old female treated and released

- 19-year-old male stable and admitted

In repeated sweeps of the facility, investigators discovered an unknown number of Molotov cocktails, apparently left by the gunman, a package handler for FedEx. Police said the shooting suspect had explosives but they weren’t used.

WSB TV reports that a FedEx employee said the gunman looked "like he was heading to war" before he began shooting.

An emergency room doctor with WellStar Kennestone Hospital has updated the status of the six victims who were brought to the hospital this morning with multiple gunshot wounds.

According to Dr. Michael Nitzken, three of the six are listed in critical condition with a 28-year-old male and a 52-year-old female suffering life-threatening injuries. Both are currently in surgery.

A 22-year-old male is also in critical condition, while a 38-year-old male is listed in stable condition. A 42-year-old female has been treated and released and a 19-year-old male has been treated and is awaiting release.

Update: Tuesday, 9 a.m.:

A gunman opened fire early Tuesday at a FedEx shipping facility outside the Cobb County Airport, injuring at least six people before apparently turning the gun and killing himself.

Police believe only one shooter was involved. The gunman, who has not been identified but was an employee at the FedEx facility, is described by the Associated Press as having a shotgun along with bullets strapped across his chest "like Rambo."

Officer David Baldwin with the Marietta Police Department confirmed that six people were taken to WellStar Kennestone Hospital, and one person is in critical condition. One of the victims is a security guard and some of those injured are currently in surgery.

Baldwin said the families of those injured have been notified or are in the process of being notified.

The FedEx workers who were in the building where the shooting took place were taken to a nearby hangar where they were interviewed by investigators. Later, they were escorted on a bus to a nearby Sparkles skating rink, where they were reunited with family and loved ones.

Police continue to work the very active scene looking for explosives and incendiary devices.

Cobb County Police Sgt. Dana Pierce said the shooter was a man who arrived at the facility at 1675 Airport Road at about 5:45 a.m. and started shooting at people.

FedEx spokesman Scott Fiedler released a statement at around 7:20 a.m., saying, "FedEx is aware of the situation. Our primary concern is the safety and well-being of our team members, first responders and others affected. FedEx is cooperating with authorities."

At 9:20 a.m. Fiedler issued another statement: "We can confirm that an incident occurred early Tuesday morning at a FedEx Ground facility in Kennesaw, Georgia. Our thoughts and prayers are with those affected, and with their families and friends. We are grateful for the assistance of law enforcement. The situation is now stabilized and we are focused on the needs of our team members and cooperating with the law enforcement investigation of this tragedy."

This story is developing and will be updated as more information becomes available.

Hilarious. Anti gun nuts talking about seizing guns. This was a gun free zone. Which translates to a "rational thought free zone". Gun Free Zones are for hippies, flower children and other flotsam and jetsam that are too dumb to accept the facts.
