Accidental Concrete Spill Reported at Oconee County Intersection

A concrete spill at the intersection of Highway 441 and Highway 15 was reported to the Oconee County Sheriff's office on Tuesday, July 3 at 6:47 a.m.

According to the Sheriff's office the spill was accidental and the driver of the concrete truck may not have even realized the spill had occurred as he did not stop at the scene.

Crews were called to the cleanup which required some traffic diversion and lane closures. As of 8:15 a.m. all lanes were cleared and the road at Highway 441 and Highway 15 were reopened.
