The following information was gathered from Oconee County Jail booking reports:
July 21
- Melvin Burnest Daniel, 33, of Athens was charged with driving while license suspended and speeding.
- Demetrius Tramone Harris, 33, of Athens was charged with battery.
- Gary Lee Bodie, 22, of Duluth was charged with probation violation.
- Brenton John Elder, 36, of Bishop was charged with DUI refusal.
July 20
- Fredrick Lee Braswell, 23, of Athens was charged with misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
- Ronald Fowler Cash, 71, of Watkinsville was charged with DUI and open container.
- James Christopher Lemmonds, 20, of Watkinsville was charged with probation violation.
- Blake Wesley Poss, 22, of Athens was charged with probation violation.
July 19
- Garland Allen Paschal, 40, of Athens was charged with probation violation.
- Brian England Cloud, 46, of Watkinsville was charged with simple battery.
- Valerie N. Johnson, 36, of Rutledge was charged with probation violation.
- Derek Leonard Slote, 26, of Madison was charged with probation violation.
