Cold and Windy opening weekend of Spring Season
Cold, windy, and snowy opening day for OSA's Spring Season.
It was a very cold and blustery weekend of soccer for Oconee Soccer Alliance, but that didn't stop our teams from playing hard.
The U13 Boys RED team beat Roswell Santos 2-0 on Saturday with flurries coming down. Both of the teams goals were scored by John Lupica with great support from the midfield. Keeper, Drew Byus, recorded the shutout with help from a strong defense.
The U13 Boys WHITE team also recorded a win on opening day. They beat Concorde Fire 2-1 on Saturday. The goals were scored by Frankie Daniels and Matthew Roche.

The U13 Boys BLACK team drove all the way to Savannah on Saturday for their first game of the season. They lost 1-0 to SCFC, but played a beautiful game.
The U14 Boys played a tough game against DDYSC in DeKalb County on Saturday. Both teams battled hard and ended the game in a Draw 0-0.

The U13 Girls played at home against Inter Atlanta. The team played well together but fell short, losing 2-0.
The U13 Girls played again on Sunday in front of the Home crowd against NW YMCA. The team lost 3-0.
The U13 Boys BLACK team played at home on Sunday against Covington and lost 3-1.
The U14 Boys played against Blue Springs and battled to a 1-1 draw.
