Permits Issued For SportClips and Carter's In Epps Bridge Centre

Oconee County Code Enforcement issued a permit last week for build out of 1,200 square feet of space at Epps Bridge Centre for SportClips, a haircut salon chain based in Texas.

Earlier this month Code Enforcement issued an interior permit for 4,485 square feet of space for childrens clothing store Carter’s.

The two permits bring to 274,800 the number of square feet in Epps Bridge Centre built out for tenants out of the 312,125 square feet of space in buildings already constructed, according to a tally of space from code enforcement records.

That means that 90 percent of the space already built for the shopping center now has tenants.

Only 64 percent of the total permitted space in the strip mall is built, however, with buildings for two anchor stores and for 11 of the 12 outparcels yet to be permitted or built.
