Oconee County Assigned Sewer Services For New Kinnucan’s In Epps Bridge Centre

The Oconee County Utility Department has assigned sewer service capacity in Epps Bridge Centre for Kinnucan’s, a speciality outfitter that already had one area store in the Alps Shopping Center on Alps Road in Athens.

The county has not yet issued a building permit for the store, which will be located in an extension of the building now housing Guitars Plus.

The county issued a permit for the construction of the shell of that building on Jan. 6, and construction is underway. The permit listed an estimated completion date of July 30.

According to Utility Department records, Kinnucan’s will use 10,800 square feet of the 13,200-square-foot building. Those records do not list any tenants for the remaining space in the building.
