Laura Leiden, of Keller Williams Realty Greater Athens, is a REALTOR, GRI, ABR, SFR and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. She has advised a number of Seniors and their families on how to prepare their houses for sale so that the Senior can move into smaller living quarters.
Sandra Pence, of Pence Appraisals, will talk about her suggestions and methods of downsizing. Sandra has done estate sales for Seniors.
