This Thursday, September 6, 2012, at 7 pm, come to the seminar, "The Upside of Downsizing" presented by Laura Leiden and Sandra Pence.
This seminar will be held at Iris Place Independent Retirement Community, at 755 Epps Bridge Rd, Athens, GA 30606, 7pm this Thursday.
Laura Leiden, of Keller Williams Realty Greater Athens, is a REALTOR, GRI, ABR, SFR and Seniors Real Estate Specialist. She has advised a number of Seniors and their families on how to prepare their houses for sale so that the Senior can move into smaller living quarters.
