Find the Love of Your Life (Pet Adoption Event)
Help spread the love this Valentine’s season!
The Athens Area Humane Society is hosting its Find the Love of Your Life adoption event during the week of Valentine’s Day, February 13-19, 2012, at its Adoption Center to help its adoptable pets get lots of love and find their new forever homes!
The AAHS Adoption Center will be decorated in fun Valentine’s Day fashion, and each adoptable pet will have its own cute card and treat holder for visitors to drop off sweet valentines to show the animals love while they wait to be adopted! AAHS is also offering a DealMobs promotion from February 10-12 to sponsor adoptable pets for $20, which will lower the adoption fee by $20 for each sponsored pet. The lowered fee will be applied to the adoptions on a first come, first serve basis, and AAHS’s goal is to get at least 20 DealMobs sponsors for the Find the Love of Your Life adoptions so that each adopted animal can be sponsored.

The AAHS DealMobs sponsorships are a perfect, affordable gift to give for Valentine’s Day, so AAHS will provide a certificate for those who bring their Find the Love of Your Life DealMobs vouchers to the Adoption Center to use as a gift, if they wish to receive one. (Please see voucher details for more information about receiving a certificate.) Adoptable pet sponsorships promote the animals and increase their chances of being adopted during Find the Love of Your Life. It also helps with the cost of caring for pets while they wait to be adopted, as well as their initial cost of vaccines and spay/neuter surgery and their adoption kits.
Instead of giving chocolate that’ll add on the pounds or giving flowers that won’t last, give a pet the chance at a new forever home this year! Your gift will be remembered and cherished so much more!

The Athens Area Humane Society’s Adoption Center is located in the back of Pet Supplies Plus at 191 Alps Road, Athens, GA 30606 and is open Monday through Friday from 1:00pm to 7:00pm and Saturday through Sunday from 12:00pm to 6:00pm.
