Oconee Mentor Program Training
Mentors inspire young people to stay in school, believe in themselves and live up to their potential.
The Oconee Mentor Program pairs students in grades K-12 in the Oconee County Schools with caring adults who are interested in encouraging these students to pursue academic and social success. Mentors make a 2 hour a month commitment for a at least one school year.
Currently there are 20 students in grades K-8 waiting for a mentor.
