Bring One for the Chipper - Christmas Tree Recycling

The Keep Oconee County Beautiful Commission will be at Harris Shoals Park in Watkinsville, from 9 am to 4 pm, to help you recycle your used Christmas trees. In exchange for your used tree, you will receive a free seedling to plant, courtesy of the Oconee Lions Club.
Keep Oconee County Beautiful Volunteers will be at the park all day to assist you.
In addition, if it's not convenient to make it to the park on that particular day, you can drop off your tree beginning December 27th at Harris Shoals Park or at any of the Oconee County Recycling Collection Sites (during operating hours only). Look for the signs.
Also, If you are disabled, a senior citizen or a veteran, please contact KOCBC's new partner Junk South for assistance with removal of your used Christmas tree:   855-RIP-JUNK or info@junksouth.com
Merry Christmas!
