Why Go: To see the Rose of Athens Theatre's presentation of "A Christmas Carol: A Yuletide Celebration," which features the story of Ebenezer Scrooge.

Where/When: Bogart Community Center on Saturday, Dec. 12 at 9 a.m.
Why Go: To enjoy a meal with the Big Guy and tell him how good you've been all year.
Pricing: Free. Please bring a new, unwrapped toy for Toys for Tots or canned food items to donate to the Area Churches Together Service Food Bank.

Where/When: on Saturday, Dec. 10. Session 1 will run from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and session 2 will run from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.
Why Go: To tell Santa what you are hoping he brings you for Christmas. There will be many family-friendly activities including storytelling and a clown.

Where/When: Historic Agricultural Building next door to the Bogart Community Center on Thompson Street on Saturday, Dec. 10 from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Why Go: To browse a wide selection of Christmas decorations and holiday gifts, many of them handmade.

Where/When: from 5:30- 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 10 - Dec. 18.
Why Go: To see the zoo illuminated with holiday lights, hear live music, and experience animal encounters.
