A man who was stabbed repeatedly at a Fellowship Road apartment full of people had to make a phone call for outside help because nobody noticed or came to his aid.

Police responded to a call on Dec. 9 at around 8:30 p.m. from the victim's brother and on arrival found a man on the floor of the apartment's back porch, "with his shirt open, his cell phone in his left hand, a twenty dollar bill on the ground ... and empty beer cans all around him," a police incident report stated. "I observed several stab wounds to his chest and stomach area," the officer wrote.
