At only 19-years-old, Krimson Black started her own business selling sandwiches.  Now the Krimson Kafe is celebrating its thirteenth anniversary. 

On Saturday night, the sky lit up in blue and white lights in memory of officers who have died in the line of duty.  The Night of Blue Lights fundraiser generated money for survivors of those fallen officers.  See video clips of the blue lights and photos of the evening's events.

At the meeting Wednesday night, the council approved five new business licenses that could infuse extra cash into the local economy.
