A benefit motorcycle ride raises money for the family of fallen Athens-Clarke County Senior Police Officer Buddy Christian and injured Senior Police Officer Tony Howard.

1. Expect temperatures in the 90s to stick around for several days, according to the National Weather Service's 7-day forecast.  The hot streak is likely to last until Thursday.  There will be sunny skies today and clear skies this evening.

2. A Line of Duty Benefit Motorcycle Ride raises money for the family of fallen Athens-Clarke County Senior Police Officer Buddy Christian and injured Senior Police Officer Tony Howard.   Registration begins at 8 a.m. at . The ride gets underway at 10 a.m. and it will conclude at Sandy Creek Park.  At the park, there will be many family-friendly activities, including five bands that are slated to perform.

3. and hold commencement ceremonies for the Class of 2011 this afternoon at Stegeman Coliseum on the campus of the University of Georgia.  Congratulations to these students on their academic achievements and best of luck to them as they transition to the next phase of their lives.

4. After a 9-2 win over UAB on Saturday, the University of Georgia Bulldogs softball team looks for another victory as they battle Florida State at noon in the championship game of the NCAA Athens Regional Tournament.  If needed, Game 7 will start at 2:30 p.m.

5. The Joan Mann Dancers present "" at 2 p.m. at the .  Tickets may be purchased at the door.
