The Rotary Club of Oconee County sponsors a blood drive in Watkinsville today.

1. Temperatures begin to warm up today and highs are expected to reach into the mid 70s.  Partly cloudy skies are in the Weather Channel's forecast.

2. Donate blood today at the .  The Rotary Club is sponsoring the blood drive from 10 a.m. until 3 p.m.

3. It's Plant Conservation Day at the State Botanical Garden. There will be a presentation in the Vistor's Center from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m.

4. If you love the Beatles, you will likely enjoy Abbey Road LIVE, the band scheduled to perform at the 's Concerts of the Lawn Series.  Gates open at 5 p.m., performances will start at 6 p.m. with the headlining band hitting the stage at 7 p.m. See .

5. Coming off of a 9-4 win over Kennesaw State, the University of Georgia Diamond Dogs take to the field against SEC rival Vanderbilt in the first of a 3-game series.  The game starts at 7:30 p.m. at Foley Field.
