Oconee Today -- June 8

1. There's only a 20 percent chance that Oconee will see rain today, according to the Weather Channel.  High temperatures will be in the mid 90s again with mostly sunny skies.

It's the opening day of Shakespere on the Lawn: As You Like It at , presented by Rose of Athens Theatre.   There are several Oconee County natives involved with the play, including director Lisa Cesnik Ferguson, actor Richard Hoard, actress Katie Sawhill, and costume designer Tessa Turk-Baxter.  The play will run at 8 p.m. through June 12.  See ticket information and .
