Don't forget about early voting for the June 21 Special Election.
1. Another warm one today, and the mid-90s should be here for the week. Today’s high is forecasted to be 95, with a low of 70. A 30 percent chance of rain is forecasted for Thursday.
2. Early voting continues for the 113th District State House . If you need more information about the candidates, check out our profiles of all four on the ballot. Registered voters may cast ballots Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. until the advanced voting period concludes on June 17. Early voting takes place at the Oconee County Board of Elections.
3. Athfest is only a couple weeks away, so get a preview at at 8 p.m. The CD has music from Athens bands. The event will also allow you to sign up to volunteer at Athfest, and hear the punk/folk band, The Knockouts.

4. The Oconee Cultural Arts Foundation has its weekly meeting from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. Bring a good story, pen, paper and fresh ideas.
5. A meets from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Loran Smith Center for Cancer Support. The center offers educational support to cancer patients, and this class helps increase immune function and decrease pain, anxiety and depression.
