Two job openings in Oconee County are posted to the Georgia Department of Labor's online jobs board.
Description: Responsible for various types of fitting and welding preparation, welding and weld finishing operations to manufacture product to customer drawings, specifications or other forms of instruction. Lays out, installs and maintains pipe systems, pipe supports and related hydraulic and pneumatic equipment for steam, hot water, heating, cooling, lubricating, sprinkling and industrial production processing systems, while applying knowledge of system operations and following blue prints.
Qualifications: High school diploma or GED and a minimum of 24 months of experience as a pipe fitter.
