• Passion for driving the customer store experience.
• Demonstrated ability to motivate and inspire team to deliver results.
• Demonstrated ability to assess and develop talent; holds team members accountable for results.
• Established time management prioritization and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills and proven ability to effectively communicate with all levels within the organization
• Operates with a high level of integrity
• College degree or equivalent preferred
• Travel between stores and outside the state, if necessary
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including evening and weekend shifts
• Overnight travel occasionally required
