Does the thought of exercise and healthy eating overwhelm you? Keep it simple. Listen to your body!
Listening to your body sounds intuitive right? Then why don't we do it more often? When our body says "I'm hungry," why do we look for ways to suppress our appetite? When our waistline increases, why don't we hear our body saying "something is wrong!"
It's an intriguing thought, but for some reason we tend to have selective hearing when our bodies talk to us about being healthy! Read more about what happened to me last weekend that made me think of this strange phenomenon.
