Want to Work at Caterpillar in Oconee-Athens? Here's What you Need to Know

Around 30-40 percent of the 1,400 jobs that will be available over the course of the next few years at the Caterpillar plant in Oconee-Athens will require specific technical training, according to plant manager Todd Henry. However, he said many positions will be open to potential hires of all trades and all employees will go through upfront training before they start.
