The 6,000 square-foot store is one of 13 prototype stores known as the RT6K model. It's the eighth such store to open in the Georgia so far this year, with another three locations preparing to open before the start of 2013. One of those is slated to open in Athens at the end of November.
RaceTrac is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
