Business Transformation/SAP Power User Coordinator

Job Duties/Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

• Act as liaison between the Site and the COE to assist with implementation of system and business process changes
• Acts as Change Management Lead for a Site or Business Unit to prepare them for system and business process changes related to MGPPs (system enhancements), Replications and New Releases. 
• Coordinates site resources for transformation sustainment events and activities regarding system and business changes such as Change Impact Workshops (CIW), Rapid Improvement Workshops (RIW) and Post Implementation Reviews (PIR) and Community of Practice (COP) related utilization and events.
• Manages and coordinates Power Users for creation and maintenance of training documents, End User training events and new functionality testing.
• Manages and coordinates new Power User Training, Succession Planning, and Power User Structure Information necessary to sustain the site.
