Watkinsville Mayor Charles Ivie and Jim and Kim Boucher (parents of of Bogart) will be speaking at the Patriot's Day Appreciation Ceremony and Cookout at Iris Place Retirement Community honoring our Local Heroes.
The event will take place at 11am on Sept. 8th at Iris Place. This event is an opportunity for the staff and residents to show there appreciation to our local first responders and veterans for the sacrifices they have made in order to help us and keep us safe.
Live entertainment will be provided by the local band Country River.
