The Oconee County Chamber of Commerce Agribusiness Committee will sponsor the 20th Annual Oconee Farm-City Tour on October 27. Attendees should meet at the Oconee Civic Center at 8 a.m. to board buses for a visit to the University of Georgia Double Bridges Farm. Buses will return to the Civic Center at 12 p.m. when the Oconee State Bank will host a barbecue lunch. During the lunch the Malcom Bridge and Oconee Middle School “Careers in Agriculture” Essay Contest winners will be recognized.
