We have tried this twice, once for ice cream and again this am for doughnuts. I am very disappointed at the service thru the drive thru. We had the same 2 girls both times, and the orders were wrong.... Needless to say I am now home and realize the dozen I paid appr. $8 for is not what I asked for. The ice cream we thought was corrected until my daughter ate a bite and we realized it was still wrong. I am sure the staff has had training long before the opening. I wil not be back fr several months maybe then the staff will either change or get a clue. BTW they messed up a coworkers biscuit and doughnuts as well. If you want to stay in Watkinsville step up the service, have staff who know the product, and make sure the order is right!

I have been there twice as a walk in and the service was excellent. The employees are going out of their way to be inviting and helpful. With any new business it will take time for them to become efficient so I would cut them some slack. Thank you DD for coming to Watkinsville and equally important providing employment for our local residents. I am and will continue to be a repeat customer!

Imagine that! A mockery of a representative calling an issue a mockery! How much of his outrageousRead More salary and benefit package is he willing to give up? And what he calls fact is seriously distorted information. Good leaders don't run and hide from an issue and then blame others for their shortcomings... I realize good leaders are hard to find.... but, why do we continue to tolerate mediocrity? A vacant seat would be just as effective as this congressman... actually, as I think about it, probably more effective.
