GoGo Attends First-Ever Oconee Chamber Women in Business Meeting
An opportunity to network, and grow and learn from one another.
The first meeting of the Oconee Chamber Women in Business was held on Tuesday at lunchtime. We had a packed room of strong, smart, knowledgeable, creative, and interesting women. Each woman brought to this gathering an interest in their role as a member of Oconee County and Oconee Chamber of Commerce. In attendence were women from all walks of life in leadership roles in their businesses - many of whom are owners.
Walton EMC sponsored the luncheon and Cindy Haddon spoke on the importance of saving energy. She gave tips on getting the most out of our heating and cooling. Then there was a drawing for some really great prizes.
The next meeting will be on May 15 at LAD Truck Lines and we are looking forward to another great turnout. If you are interested in Oconee Chamber Women in Business, contact Zoe Gattie at the Oconee County Chamber of Commerce.
