Literary Soiree

M&M Rare Books will sponsor a “Literary Soiree” from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Wednesday at the Watkinsville Community Center. The authors featured at the event are former University of Georgia football coach Vince Dooley; Kelley Brigman, the author of two how-to books on successful marriages; Rev. James Collins, pastor emeritus of Atlanta’s Peachtree Christian Church and the author of “Always A Wedding: Beginning, Renewing and Rescuing Marriage"; and Cynthia Graubert, co-author of “Southern Biscuits” with Natalie Dupree.

Piano music will be furnished by, Maxey said.

The event will also include food, door prizes and piano music by Jim McKillip.
