Applesauce Cake Recipe

• 3 cups of all-purpose flour
• 3 teaspoons of baking powder
• 2 teaspoons of baking soda
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 4 eggs
• 2 cups white sugar
• 1.5 cups vegetable oil
• 2 cups applesauce
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preheat oven to 350, grease and flour a tube pan, sift together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Set aside.

Mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Make a well in the center and pour in eggs, sugar, oil, applesauce and vanilla. Mix well and pour into prepared pan.

Bake for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan 10 minutes and then place on wire rack to cool completely.
