Whiz Kids: Madison and Riley Holland

Twins Madison and Riley were selected to represent their school in the Duke Talent Identification Program and the annual Oconee County "Battle of the Books."

Names: Madison and Riley Holland

Ages: 9

Accomplishments: Madison and Riley are always eager to try and accomplish new things, both at school and at play. This past year has been a busy one, both on the field of play and in the classroom.  Last July, both girls represented Oconee County at the GRPA state swimming championship, where they each recorded runner-up finishes.

Madison and Riley are ‘A’ students at Rocky Branch, perform ballet at the and participate in singing activities at Athens First United Methodist Church.

Key to Awesomeness: Madison and Riley both volunteer with their mom at the Northeast Georgia Food Bank as junior representatives of the Athens-Oconee Junior Women’s Club. Madison and Riley realize that life is made for living, and together they get the most out of it! They are always eager to face new challenges, and enjoy activities that involve making new friends and seeing new places and things.
