7.) Bill discussed politics and philosophy with mullahs in a Madrassa in Isfahan, Iran in 2005.

8.) Bill is a black diamond snow skier. He also used to ski in water ski tournaments.

9.) Bill recorded a jazz/rock album with Randall Bramblett and players from Cuba, France and Dominica in Beijing, China in 2009.
