A Minority and Small Business Expo at the University of Georgia is one event going on today. See what else is happening in and around Oconee.

1. The work week begins with a 70 percent chance of rain in the morning and partly sunny skies in the late afternoon.Β  High temperatures will be in the upper 50s, according to the Weather Channel.

3. From 8 a.m. until 2 p.m., the University of Georgia is hosting Minority and Small Business Expo III in the Grand Hall of the Tate Student Center. The expo is free and open to all vendors.

4. at the invites infants and toddlers up to 23-months-old and their caregivers to enjoy stories and movement exercises followed by playtime.Β  It will begin at 10:30 a.m.

5. has announced that the eatery will be donating $1 per lunch buffet and 50 percent of active police offer lunch buffets through until March 31 to the Elmer "Buddy" Christian Fund.
