Another dose of warm weather is in the forecast.

Weather Channel predicts highs in the low to mid 80s once again.  A scattered afternoon thunderstorm is possible.

Top things to know:

  • Where's the best place in the Oconee area to celebrate St. Paddy's Day?  It's Rafferty's vs. McDonald's vs. Chops and Hops vs. Ryan's in this week's edition of Readers' Choice. .  Voting ends Friday at 9 a.m.
  • Women to the World International Club's Luncheon takes place at Buffalo's in Athens from 12 - 1:30 p.m. Lunch is $12 for members and $15 for non-members.
  • A memorial service for Karyn Carson, former Malcom Bridge Middle teacher, will be held at 5 p.m. at Lord and Stephens West.
