Weather: Another round of showers and thunderstorms is headed toward the area, according to the National Weather Service. Mainly cloudy skies and high temperatures in the mid 70s are in the forecast.

- Meet staff from the Oconee County Library at the Leap Into a Year of Reading Percentage Night at Fox's Pizza Den. From 5:30-8:30 p.m, stop by the booth at the Epps Bridge Location. Food purchased at either location or online will count toward the percentage donated to the libary, according to the library's Facebook page.
