Weather: Steady rain continues this morning with a chance of thunderstorms, mainly before 10 a.m. The National Weather Service predicts new rainfall amounts between a tenth and quarter of an inch and gusty winds of up to 35 mph. A wind advisory goes into effect from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

- The Watkinsville and Bogart libraries remain closed today. They will resume regular hours starting on Thursday.
