Weather:  The work week starts out with partly cloudy skies and high winds.  Winds could reach speeds of up to 25 mph, according to the Weather Channel. Highs will be in the mid 60s.

  • The Oconee County Library hosts Book Babies -- a free program for infants, toddlers, and their caregivers -- at 10:30 a.m. There will be Storytime, songs and movement.
  • Registration is currently taking place for in Athens. The cost to attend is $110 per participant and registration ends on April 30.
  • It's Honors Night for Oconee County Middle School students.  Recognitions begin at 6 p.m. at the for sixth-graders and continue at 7 p.m. for seventh-graders and 8 p.m for eighth-graders.
  • UGA's vocal and instrumental jazz combo Classic City Jazz will be in concert at 8 p.m. at the university's Chapel.
