The State Botanical Garden of Georgia holds a family day featuring Roy Hodge of Exotic Paradise in Atlanta. Hodge will educate, as well as entertain, both children and adults with his menagerie of live, exotic forest animals. Discover amazing facts and learn about conservation concerns of cockatoos, exotic parrots, spectacled owls, monitor lizards, anacondas, boa constrictors and more. Following Hodge's presentation, children will have the opportunity to pet a few animals and participate in hands-on activities about forests of the world. The event will be held in the Visitor Center Great Room. Pre-registration is recommended.
