It includes dipping raw strips of beef and lamb, cubes of tofu, mushrooms and cabbage with your chopsticks into a simmering pot of delicious vegetable broth steaming with peppers, onion and spices. You hold your food with the chopsticks in the boiling broth long enough to cook it, then add it to a bowl of raw cilantro and chopped green onions mixed with dipping sauce of your choice. DELICIOUS!
Try something different for dinner tonight, and perhaps engage your children in a lesson on different cultures featuring foods from all over the world.
