Harbor Club Welcomes 59 New Homesite Sales

Lake Oconee, Ga. – Harbor Club on Lake Oconee welcomed 59 new property sales at the 1,600-acre community over the weekend through an offering of newly released homesites marketed by Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty and Premier Development.

The homesites are largely located in Harbor Club’s Pine Lake neighborhood, offering a variety of views including the community’s award-winning golf course, Pine Lake Park, woodland gardens, six distinct ponds, plus seven special properties offering both lake and pond views, each with assigned boat slips.

“It is very rewarding to see the acceptance of Harbor Club by so many enthusiastic new property owners,” said the community’s general manager, Brandon Matney. “Many of the new homesite buyers arrived with house plans in hand and are already meeting with our membership director to talk about joining the club.”

The homesite sales event is the latest expression of vitality and forward-thinking at Harbor Club over the last year. Other initiatives include a new Model Home program, an enhancement of the community’s amenities, the opening of a new marina and boat storage facility this May, and a broad-reaching re-branding program of Harbor Club that includes a new logo and website (www.harborclub.com).

The homesite sale was conducted by the tandem of Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty, Harbor Club’s year-round real estate marketing partner, and Premier Development, an independent sales & marketing firm. Financing programs were made available through the local Bank South office.

Tom Martin, president of Coldwell Banker Lake Oconee Realty, views the Grand Opening of Pine Park as more than just a real estate event. Said Martin, “The folks who purchased over the weekend aren’t just property owners, they’re new neighbors and friends, and we welcome them heartily as they begin their new life at Harbor Club and Lake Oconee.”
