Children in grades K-5 can visit the Oconee County Library and Read to Rover. Kringle the golden retriever will be at the library to help children read. Call or stop in and sign up for a 15 minute session. This event is free and open to the public.

The Oconee County Library offers a wide-variety of literary selections, audio-video items, classes and activities for Oconee residents and visitors. There's something available for every age from children's puppet shows, reading parties and hands-on projects, to young adult activities such as art projects, parties and movie showings. Adults can take part in community courses, special projects and discussion groups.
