Meet the staff and sign up for classes in all forms of dance as well as musical theater, voice and acting at the Oconee Youth School of Performance open houses Aug. 12 and Aug. 18 from 2-4 p.m. You can also buy dancewear and get fitted for dance shoes.
Classes are offered for ages 2 1/2 (Broadway Babies) through high school.
Oconee Youth School of Performance was founded by Terra and Shane Hannon in 1998 and was named Best Dance Studio and Best Performing Arts Studio at the 2012 Access Broadway regional competition held in Stone Mountain last March.

More About Oconee Youth School of Performance
Oconee Youth School of Performance is an award-winning performing arts academy dedicated to nurturing the singing, acting and dancing talents of youth in the Northeast Georgia area. Conveniently located in Watkinsville, the school offers classes to students starting at age 3 that include acting, dance, musical theater, gymnastics and more. Directors Terra and Shane Hannon also founded Oconee Youth Playhouse, which presents musical theater shows at the Oconee County Civic Center featuring casts of local young people.
