Oconee County School System Technology Surplus Sale

The following items will be for sale:  Desktop Computers – model Dell GX280 and GX520; Televisions  13” – 2, 19” – 4, 20” – 2, 25” – 3, 27” – 4, 32” – 7; 36” – 1 Items listed on the board approved surplus list may not be available for sale due to condition of item.

Desktop computers will sell for $40 and televisions (32” and 36”) will sell for $25 and 27” and below for $15 with $10 per computer/tv sold benefitting FBLA and $30 for OCS technology for repair parts. 

We will be taking pre-orders this year for pickup on December 13. To pre-order, email ocssurplussale@oconeeschools.org.  If you have questions you may call the Central Office at 706-769-5130 extension 1302.

 

Doors will open at 4 pm.

  1. Buyer’s signature is required for all items sold.
  2. The buyer must take or arrange pick-up of items.
  3. Cash or check only will be accepted.  Checks should be made out to the Oconee County Board of Education and include a phone number.
  4. All sales are final!

High academic achievement and state championships  go hand-in-hand at Oconee County High School (OCHS), home of the blue and white Warriors!  

As a member of the Georgia High School Association, OCHS competes athletically in the Georgia Region 8-AAA.

 Academically, OCHS endeavors to provide learning, excellence, achievement and diversity for all Students (LEADS).

Guided by a qualified teaching staff, OCHS students' academic year consists of two 18-week terms, with block schedules. 

Advanced placement courses are offered in over a dozen subjects in addition to honors courses in English and Math. OCHS also offers an assortment of technology and fine art courses, including pottery and dance, as well as four different foreign languages and an ample choice of physical education classes.

Additionally, Joint Enrollment is available to OCHS students with  all local post secondary schools.
