Nike Boys Basketball Camp
The 2nd annual NIKE Boys Basketball Camp at Oconee County High School in Watkinsville, GA will run June 11-15, 2012 and will be directed by our staff as well as Oconee County Head Varsity Boys Coach Michael Youngblood.
This camp will focus on individual skill improvement with our morning skill stations and afternoon 3 on 3 league. Each camper will also play in one 5 on 5 game and participate in our Living by Numbers contests each day. This camp is a perfect way to prepare for your school, church, rec or AAU season. All Nike basketball camps maintain a player to coach ratio of 8:1 and are staffed by high school and collegiate coaches as well as collegiate players. This camp is limited to the first 64 players that register and is for ages 8-15 (entering grades 3rd-9th). The camp fee is $230 per player. Over 90% of our camps sold out last year so make sure to register early. Each player will receive a NIKE camp Tshirt, NIKE yearbook, NIKE camp certificate, and a hand written evaluation from the coaching staff.
OCHS is located in Watkinsville, GA and is just south of Athens and is right off Hwy 53. OCHS is a convenient camp location for anyone in Athens, Bogart, Bishop, Monroe, Madison, Good Hope, and Winder areas. For a map to OCHS click HERE.
Camp times are Monday-Thursday 9am-3pm and Friday 9am-12pm. Camp concludes Friday with an awards ceremony that begins around 11:45am. Lunch will not be provided, but a concession stand will be available with pizza, snacks and drinks.

As a member of the Georgia High School Association, OCHS competes athletically in the Georgia Region 8-AAA.
Academically, OCHS endeavors to provide learning, excellence, achievement and diversity for all Students (LEADS).
Guided by a qualified teaching staff, OCHS students' academic year consists of two 18-week terms, with block schedules.
Advanced placement courses are offered in over a dozen subjects in addition to honors courses in English and Math. OCHS also offers an assortment of technology and fine art courses, including pottery and dance, as well as four different foreign languages and an ample choice of physical education classes.
Additionally, Joint Enrollment is available to OCHS students with all local post secondary schools.
